Description
Beach Colony's key design essentially turns each unit into a "corner" unit with multiple views of the Gulf and surrounding waterways. Beach Colony has only four units per floor with a total of 213 units in all three towers. Construction on the West Tower was completed in 1998 while the Center Tower was completed in 2000 and the East Tower was completed in 2005.
Rental Information
The Center Tower and West Towers have rental restrictions in that each unit cannot have more than four rentals within a 30 day period.
